'Vietnow' is in reference to extremely popular right-wing radio shows, mostly on the AM dial, hosted by people such as Rush Limbaugh, G. Gordon Liddy, Oliver North and Michael Reagan. One of the riffs bears a resemblance to "The Wanton Song" by Led Zeppelin, whom Tom Morello has cited as a major influence.
01. Vietnow
02. Clear the Lane
03. Intro (Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos) (Live) [Public Enemy]
04. Zapata's Blood (Live)
'Clear the Lane' is probably the most often used Rage b-side - I swear it's on half of their singles. Why, you ask? Because this that fuck'n good! It was originally reordered for the first album, but has been serving time as a b-side ever since. The last two tracks were recorded live at the Pink Pop Festival, May 27th 1996. 'Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos' is a Public Enemy cover where the man himself, Chuck D, drops it on stage with the boys. 'Zapata's Blood" closes up the disc.
